I have an understanding on what higher end finishes cost. This helps me to know, or have a good idea, on how much properties should be priced at.
I know the differances in granite vs quartz. Vinyl siding vs Smart Side. I see details like stamped concrete patios. Stucco or plaster wall finish. Solid wood built ins and cabinets. Custom tile showers. How much different types of flooring can cost.
